What licence does a brand require to stream FIFA2020?

Oke so due to all the situations with the Corona we are thinking of ways to help brands in these times. One beer manufacturer is also a sponsor of the national soccer team and we would like to create a competition that would be streamed on Facebook and Twitch. We would also include official and real commentators to follow up on games. So my question is, does a brand need a permit from FIFA (game) or Facebook to host such a thing. I know anyone can do it if they are individuals streaming, but how about the brands?
