Why is hate speech wrong against any group of people, but okay when directed towards drug abusers?

In attempt to curb & solves property crimes, "Stolen Stuff Hawaii" was made by civilians, to post pictures of suspicous activities, property damage, surveilance screenshots, lost and found or stolen items reports etc. Mostly the page is just a circle jerk of "proud fur baby mamas" that lose and find their Chihuahuas twice a week, or people trying to get gold stars for returning a hydroflask they found on the bus to its rightful owner. But the actual crime related posts seem to be full of threats and hate speech condemning thieves (and assumed drug users) to death for petty thefts. One recent post was a picture of a female "porch pirate" stealing a fed ex delivery that contained cookware. Comments ranged from "cut off the dirty bitches hands", "SHOOT THAT FAKA" "dis why we need da PURGE" to advice that if the OP had been home, they should have shot the girl, put a knife in her hand and claim self defense to the police. Another recent post of 3 people allegedly stealing a money pouch from a small restaurant containing a few hundred dollars brought on the same "and democrats trying to take our guns away, smh..." Should I convert my growing personal account to my Personality/Brand account and lose my Personal 'identity' (create a new one) or try and reboot my Brand account from scratch and keep my personal account?

I have a dilemma I can't wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let's call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It's all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I'd just start a second account for JonDoe's personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don't eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. "lose" as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content. O...

How many hours a day should I be setting aside for Facebook Ads per client?

I recently went from a marketing job where I handled some Facebook Ads for my company to a PR job where they want me handling all social media advertising as nobody else at the company knows how. My issue is that I am now about to handle 5-7 different clients (each budget ranges from $200-$400) per month on top of the normal workload they are giving me. Obviously they don't know what running ads entails, but I am seriously struggling to keep up with the two clients I am already handling and definitely not doing my best.
