Facebook followers inexplicably flat (Sprout charts via Imgur)

Joined a small US-based global nonprofit in June 2019 and recently got budget approved for a Sprout account. Doing some initial reporting on last year, I discovered that despite excellent engagement, our follower growth is nonexistent. 10,615 total fans (as of Dec. 31, 2019) 7.5% average engagement rate per impression (2019) 38 net follower growth (2019) 343 organic pages likes 305 page unlikes Admittedly, I have no insight into how legitimately/illegitimately the follower base has been built up, but I've been doing social for a decade and have NEVER seen this horrible rate of unlikes. Of course it could be a glitch in the metrics, but then I came across our audience country reach... We have 2,000+ followers in India, but the company has little-to-no actual business impact in the country. The question becomes: Does anyone know how to eliminate these likely fake followers? I'm afraid they're skewing my reporting elsewhere. Should I convert my growing personal account to my Personality/Brand account and lose my Personal 'identity' (create a new one) or try and reboot my Brand account from scratch and keep my personal account?

I'm a mindset coach for solopreneurs and am sick of Facebook. I'm looking for an alternative to promote my business and build an interactive community. I'm thinking about a private YouTube group or Patreon. Any suggestions?

How many hours a day should I be setting aside for Facebook Ads per client?
