iPhone 11 (or pro) or an actual camera (Canon Rebel T7 (or T7i)) for social media?

Hello, I'm interested in doing social media like making videos, taking quality pictures and the likes of that, however, I can't buy both and I want the best option for my money. I really was only thinking of getting a new phone because of the camera quality which led me to the desire of buying a new phone. But then learned that an actual camera has abetter quality than any new or future phones. However, I am also torn with the idea of taking pictures in real-life moments which a phone's portability has and it beats the camera and I'm not sure how I ca tik tok videos on a camera. But the camera will allow me to do YouTube, Instagram and et cetera. Should I convert my growing personal account to my Personality/Brand account and lose my Personal 'identity' (create a new one) or try and reboot my Brand account from scratch and keep my personal account?

I have a dilemma I can't wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let's call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It's all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I'd just start a second account for JonDoe's personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don't eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. "lose" as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content. O...
