Black Friday Mess

I and my team runs a Black Friday campaign for our fashion company. We have announced the promotion deals since Monday (20-50% off everything) and have been gaining attention of the followers. But the huge problem lays with the sale team and merchandising teams. They strongly disagree about announcing the sale so soon because they will lose the sales pre Black Friday. There’s a case of a customer decides to hold off buying because Black Friday deals and tells the store manager to hold the items for him til Black Friday. Should I convert my growing personal account to my Personality/Brand account and lose my Personal 'identity' (create a new one) or try and reboot my Brand account from scratch and keep my personal account?

I have a dilemma I can't wrap my head around and want some advice. I have a personal Instagram. Let's call it JonDoe. It goes with my personal twitter/twitch/youtube. On it, I have mixed personal content and brand content as a streamer/youtuber. It's all growing very well, and I have over 1k on insta, growing daily, but I want to rebrand my JonDoe account to my streamer brand, lets call it SillyGamerStuff and start posting more funny / on-brand content. I figured I'd just start a second account for JonDoe's personal stuff, for family, friends, girlfriend, etc and run with the momentum on my main account, now named SillyGamerStuff (don't eff with momentum, right?) My only hangup, is that I would basically lose all my personal history on my JonDoe -> now SillyGamerStuff. "lose" as in, all my personal stuff from before I started this online personality, from about 2 years back, so 5 years or so of history, would be buried under all the brand content. O...
